The Town has contracted Pro-Con Road Works Ltd. to Overlay the Asphalt on the following streets;

• Industrial Place

• Ray McBride Street

• Cougar Creek Drive from Benchlands Trail to Grizzly Crescent

• Rummel Place

Works are expected to begin as early as July 22, 2009, continuing for a duration of two to four weeks, weather permitting. Works will occur in several phases including;

• Grinding down of the existing asphalt

• Adjusting/raising existing manholes and valves

• Remove and replace portions of curb and gutter (Industrial Place Only)

• Oiling of the existing road surface

• Asphalt Paving

• Pavement Markings, centerline, stop bars, cross walks to replace existing

Pro-Con will be delivering notices to adjacent properties prior to construction.
