All Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers at the Town of Canmore Civic Centre (902 7th Avenue) Council meeting times for 2009 are as follows:

• A Regular Council Meeting scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m.
• A Committee of the Whole Meeting scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m. Sustainability Screening Reports and Public Hearings will be scheduled, as required, for 6 p.m.
• A Regular Council Meeting scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m. Sustainability Screening Reports and Public Hearings to be scheduled, as required, for 6 p.m.
• An additional business meeting may be scheduled for the fourth Tuesday at 5 p.m. if warranted by the volume of business to be transacted by Council.
• Agenda packages for upcoming meetings will be posted on this website.
• Scheduling for Public Hearings, Sustainability Screening Reports (SSR) and extra meetings will be advertised on this website.
• Minutes are posted on the Town’s website upon approval.
